Why do the priorty levels go from 0 lowest to 5 highest on LCR. Then o highest to 5 lowest on restrictions. MAkes it a bit of a brain teaser to combine the 2 for say... different class of service after hours

there is probably a verry good technical explanation given f you ask Avaya.
Personaly I expect that it is because each section was writen by a different programmer without an explicit specification as to wich way round was prefered. Programmers are inherently lazy (Well I know I was) & will always try to complete a task in the simplest way.
