Priority Scheduler monitoring

Does anyone know if there's a way to access the priority scheduler monitoring information via system tables. I'm thinking along the lines of the DBC.AMPUsage, DBC.DiskSpace dictionary tables.

The schmon command can get this info, but I need a programatic interface.
