I have a Definity R9 prologix with vectoring and have a question about prioritizing the queue. Is it possible to place a caller to the front of a queue by priority. For example, I would like to have certain callers be able to jump ahead in the queue either by selecting a choice or some how jumping ahead.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mike

4Riel,

any split/skill queue has four priority levels: low, medium, high and top. by design, all calls with higher priority get served before calls with lower priority. me, i made a habit of placing "default" priority calls in medium priority, just to have some elbow room for maneuvers.
