Hi All

We are using CM 6.X With Elite 6.x & AES 6.X now we need of Priority Q ing for our Platinum cutomer

is ther any middleware available for integrating with Cm & AES for Priority Q ing

We cant use it VRT due to we have huge databse of Platinum customers

Any advice on the highly appriciated
