Good morning all. Has anyone found a way to set VMPro to only e-mail your pager IF someone flags as PRIORITY. We've got a few people coming from Definity onto IPO and they used to have it set to page them ONLY if it was flagged as PRIORITY.

Ideas???

Unless someone else has set this up custom, there is no way at this point to do that withour 3rd party dev software.

You can setup a call-flow within VMPro to certain actions that will allow a user to press 1 for priority or 2 for normal delivery. You of course have to record the greeting to prompt users to do that.

A simple way is to setup a Menu action, then press 1 for priority which goes to a email to pager action then Leave Mail action to the user's mailbox. Press 2 to direct to the leave mail action without paging.

These are just some thoughts.
