Priority on tasks

Two questions-

Question1-I want to show my task as either Priority 1 or Priority 2. Only 2 priorities and no more. How can I do that?

Question2- I want to run "Who Does what when" report filtering on priority 1 or Priority 2 ( question above).

Means I want to show either Priority 1 or Priority 2 at one time and not all tasks. How Can i do that?
