We have an IPO System with 2 Analog CO trunks and one SIP trunk with 20 channels.

Whenever any user want to dial out(SHORT code 9N)the system picks the analog lines first. When both analog lines are busy then it picks the SIP trunk.
All trunks have same outgoing group ID.
Is it possible to do a configuration where the system will pick the SIP trunk first instead of the analog trunk, even if the analog lines are free.

Change outgoing line id for the analog and set that as alternative in the ARS.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

@tlpeter
Do i need to create New ARS as well,i have currently 3 ARS for Local, National and International dialing.
Where exactly can i set the line group ID as alternative?

Create a new ARS with dial short codes and the analogue line group set. In your existing ARS set the new ARS as fallback ARS.
