Priority for ACD agent

In a standard ACD Queue with 5 or so agents. Is there a way to give one of them a higher priority, in the sense that calls go to him first before they go to others in the group? All this assuming he is logged in and he is not busy. If he is not logged in or he is busy then it should do the normal behaviour of automatically distributing calls.

yes there is, it is called symposium or symposium express! otherwise, you have acd, and acd distributes calls but not in a priority!
