Hi All

Probably a dumb questions here but I need to prioritise various calls to my contact centre agents.

At the moment, I have agents available in multiple groups, each group may have as many as 30 DDIs going into it.

I want to have my agents available in all the groups but prioritise the calls in one group over another.

I understand how the priority works for Incoming DDIs but I can't find anything to achieve what I want to do.

Is this possible?

Thanks

Kev

That system is 20 something releases behind the current supported version for that hardware, an upgrade may be a wise move at some point, but that's possibly beside the point, the way to do it is prioritise all DDI's to the most important group over the level of the least etc :)
