Prioritizing RDP Traffic

Hello,

I did post a similar question in the IP forum, so if anybody notices the similar question I apologize.

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to prioritize RDP sessions over other network and internet traffic? We are seeing RDP sessions slow or dropping, and the ISP says that the T1 may not be the issue. However, I would like to include that into the mix. Are cisco routers able to prioritize RDP connections over other internet traffic, and is that prioritization able to be facilitated over the T1 carrying both Voice and Data.

See the other thread i started. You can apply the same method to RDP using protocol or the port number 3389
