Prioritise Some Inbound calls

Hi,

We have a main hunt group and require additioanl hunt group setup to manage another telephone number. However calls that come in on this number must take priority over the other hunt group. Is this possible?

Not with 1.4, I can be done with 2.0.
a work around is to put the unt groups on dss keys so that they can be manualy answered when necessary

So there is no way for a call to jump the queue and go to the head of the line?

With Version 2

You have the ability to have a indial presending to a huntgroup with a pirority level say 1.

Then you can map a second incoming call route to the group and give it a higher pirority say 3

Any call coming into the incoming call route gets piriorty 3 assigned and gets presented before any pirority 1 calls.

There is also Pirority 2 which is a median between 1-3

The Pirority tag is kept if the call goes through a front end Auto Attendant, but the call must come in on different indial

Can you Upgrade to Version 2.0 of is there some cost involved?

There is no charge for Version 2 upgrade eg: firmware - phone manager etc, however new applications with version 2 require licensing if you chose to use them, eg: Conference server
