PrintToPrinter Issue

My final objective is to be able to print 2 copies of an invoice document from different paper sources (different paper colors for dealer/customer copies). To this end I wrote some VB.Net code that would use the PrintToPrinter function and just change the papersource value between calls. Ideally I would like to be able to create the entire batch as a single document but I don't see anyway to print the dual copies that I was talking about and collate them at the same time.

Anyway, the previous solution worked fine until we installed a Dell(Lexmark) 5300 printer. We regularly will print 100-200 invoices in a batch and for some reason the Dell will throw an "Invalid Printer Specified" error after about 100-110 documents (50-55 invoices). We have tried a number of different drivers. We found an HP driver that seemed to work except that its papersouce property isn't compatible somehow with the PrintToPrinter.PaperSource property. The papersource as it comes form the printdialog is a text value whereas the printtoprinter function uses an integral value.

Basically I'm at a loss and would appreciate any help.
