Printserver's sending "printing complete" to wrong users

My printserver is sometimes sending the "printing complete"-message through Messenger Service to wrong users.
For example:
A user is in NY. Suddenly a message-box is popping up, telling him his document is printed on a printer in Washington, though he has never printed on that particular printer, nor either installed it.
The printserver does has all the printers installed.

I'm running Windows 2000 server, and Citrix Metaframe.

what are a couple of the samAccountNames for a couple of the problem users and the person who actually printed to doc, if known?

I'm not sure what you're asking me here...

The usernames are totally different.

if you look into the attributes of a user account using adsiedit, you can view their samAccountname

although te situation ehre is very sterange, I do not beleive I've ran across it before (which is unusual)
