Printserver100.exe errors & Corel addressbook problems

Has anyone come up with a "cure" other than what is already listed in here for printserver100 errors? We have one computer where none of the solutions work. When I put printserver100 in the startup file, it just brought up another error. We also have all the latest patches, etc. for WP10. This is on a Win 98SE machine.

Also, on this same machine, the address book and WP do not communicate. We can open the address book just fine, but cannot access it through WordPerfect (WP10). Works just fine on other computers.

Anyone with any ideas? Thanks!
