Prints same page over and over

When I send something to a printer , it prints the same thing over and over again. This is a network printer.
can someone assist me on this?

Try first and check that it`s not the same job that stays in the printque. It`s more likely the transferrollers not discharging, a defect toner or even just bad connection needing a clean up.

A customer of ours had this happen and we thought it was our software. After a few hours of investigating, someone had set the number of pages in their printer to 10. (Through the display on the printer itself.)

Just something to check.
