Prints only 1 copy even if 2 or 3 is entered in "number of copies"

I have a user here that's having problems with the network printer. When he wants more than 1 copy, lets say 3, even if he writes 3 in the "number of copies" area, the printer only prints 1. He has Win2k installed on his Dell GXi. I've tried printing from Excell, Word and Wordperfect, all have the same problem. The other users do not seem to have that problem.

Any ideas why this is happening? any advice would help.

Try changing the drivers to a generic pass-thru drive, eg HP LaserJet series II for PCL5 series III for PCL6.
