Prints no text from pdf

Hi,

I have trouble printing from a pdf document exported by ID 1.5. It only prints images and artwork but no text. If i print the document page by page it prints fine, but when the printing range is set to 'all' -> no text.

If i print the document directly from ID there is no problem.

I've also tried to export it from ID CS with no change. I thought maybe it was the pdf distiller so i tried upgrade it from acrobat 5 to 6, but with no change.

I use pc.

Any ideas?

It seems that i've solvet the problem by first exporting the document from ID to eps, and then use Distiller to make the pdf...
