[PRINTRONIX Series] How make a horizontal tab ?

Hello,
I've to manage a Printronix Series printer. I use the Lineprinter Plus (lpp or lp+) emulation with the P-series code control. I'm searching how to make a horizontal tab in order to print tables.
has someone got any idea ?...

I don't know the printer but there is a tab in the control codes for ASCII. try inserting hex 0x09.

No that isn't what i'm searching for, sorry...
I don't want a 'tabulation' but tells to the printer that text i give it will be printed from the 2000th dot.
Is it more expliit ?
