Hi All,

I am working on a report that contain 3 pages for each client. Some of the clinets will have data in the 3 sheets. the other will have only in 2 sheets. the first and the third.

I have to print the report as a set for all client with page numbers. 1-60. However, maybe 15 pages in that set will be balnk with message no data available for those clients with no data available. I want to be able to have this second sheet deleted if there is no data in them for each client and the numbeing will be correct at the bottom.

Note: the second and the third sheet are charts and graphs.

Any suggestions!!!!

Generally speaking in Access you would set the can shrink property for the section. Secondly, either set all the contols affected to not be visible (visible = false) in the section's on format event or for the controls to be empty and their can shrink property to be set too.
The latter is easier assuming it is that simple.
