hello,

i'm having a few problems getting printing to work on my HP J5600 using SAM. I do the usual thing such as name the printer, ip address for the printer and then click ok. When i print a test file it goes all over the place. Any suggestions?

are you using the jetadmin utility to add printers?

Nick, this can usually be sorted by changing your CR/LF settings on the printer itself from whatever it is now, to the other alternative. Sorry I can't recall whether it's from CR/LF to CR only, or the other way around!
