Printing with rdp5 on a windows 98 machine

I have installed the rdp5 client on a 98 machine to enable printing on a local printer from a terminal services session. I am able to print to my local printer from the terminal services session but i can not print to my local printer when not in a terminal services session. I get an error "windows was unable to print the test page" when trying to do so from my local desktop. If i try to print anything i get an error. I have tested the connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. Has anyone seen this error and mostly does any one know how to fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
