Hi all

Problem : I have a Windows NT OS connected to a HP 4550 printer.
In Word i use CG Times Font.
If i highlight text in a word document to ammend the document and then try to print the document, the text automatically changes to Bold and i do not have the option to change it back to normal.
If this makes sense as its a little strange, can anyone help us out with this problem

Many Thanks

I cant figure out what you mean.
Is it the printouts that are changed or is it both the screen and the printouts?
If its only the screen that displays the bold text it must be a Microsoft Word issue.

Do you have same problem with other fonts then CG Times Font also?

Kind regards Pysj`n

The actual document on the screen changes and will only print in bold form.
All other fonts are ok.

Is the font a truetype font?
Dont think this has anything to do with the printer or the printerdriver. Could be an issue with Word.

Kind regards Pysj`n

Im out of tips on this one.
Try to delete the font, re-install it and try again.

Kind regards Pysj`n
