I'm running Accpac 6.0 a/r module. My platform is Windows 2000 and my printer is a HP Laserjet 1000.

My problem is twofold

a> When I print a journal the dollar amount in the right column prints but the cent column is off my page.

b> The last page prints only partially that means the totals don't show up.

Any ideas

Thanks

Are you talking about Accpac 6.0 for DOS? You may be out of luck, that's a totally unsupported version.

Yes. My Version is for Dos.
While it might be unsupported today, a few years ago Accpac was supporting HP Laser printers and there was drivers available. Would you know where to get them

Thanks for your prompt reply

My best guess is to change the driver of the HP1000 (in Windows) to something old and simple like HP Laserjet II, which Accpac plus likes.

We are using ACCPAC Plus (DOS version) and HP LaserJet (4000, 4050, 4200, ...) printers without any problems.

Printers are installed using original drivers and settings for ACCPAC are following:

Default Printer - HP LaserJet
CPI - Compressed 16
LPI - Single 6
SP - Standart Portrait
Message - No
Init. file - No
Single Sheet
Plain Paper

So I guess the right settings might help...
