Hi All

You ave sorted one problem for me so lets see if this one can be resolved.

I cannot seem to print web pages to my HP V40 and after saving the file it still won't print the info bar the header and footer. I have checked the print options in internet options and it is set to print background. Am I missing something.

I have Win 2000, IE6 with sp4.

Thanks in advance

Do you use print preview? Does what it shows disagree with what actually gets printed? (Have you got page size so it actually fits on a page)?

Hi

Yes, print preview is used and it only shows what is printed ie the header and footer.

sorry - misunderstood - thought it wasn't printing header/footer and info bar. So, its just printing header and footer? Did it use to print everything? Have you tried reinstalling IE?

Yes it used to print everything, having said that it might have stopped printing it when I loaded SP4 but can't be certain.
