Printing Web Pages

I have designed a site and I need to get the text in the scroll box in the middle to print out alone without the navbar etc. Is this possible? An example of this kind of page on my site is

Please can anyone help?

Look into CSS styles and media types. you can change the style of your page to only show the text inside a scrolling image, to be printed.
