Printing W2 Forms 2 Records Per Page

We're trying to print 2 employee records per page that have 2 preprinted seperate W2 forms per 11" page. MicroSoft support help some (How to Control the Number of Records Printed per Page), however we couldn't adjust in the Detail Section so that the data for the 2nd or the bottom W2 form aligned in the appropriate boxes. We assumed that we could set the length to 5.5 ", but that put the 2nd employee's data on the next page?

Are you aware that report total height and width include all report sections and margins?? If you're setting the detail section to 5.5", then there's a good chance that the top and/or bottom margins are affecting this....

Yes, we are aware of that, however both report & page header sections indicate heights = 0". Thank you for the response. mofla
