Printing voice mail reports

Does anyone know how to print voice mail reports

What kind of reports are you looking for?

I have a cuple of hunt groups that i need to get reports for the calls and voice mail for specific groups instead of all the users.

We pull the smdr file to access, and filter it that way.

Do you have CCC by any chance? If so there is a SUPER easy way to do this.

Open up any token in VMPro, and look at the reporting tab. You can do some pretty slick things - all this information gets passed to CCC (btw you can put things like $CLI in those fields) and you can then run the various VM callflow reports in CCC to get your data.

When you first import one of the callflow reports (for example, voicemail callfow by topic) take a minute to look at the report as it is before refreshing data. This will give you an idea of what you can do with this powerfull feature.
