We were running Lotus Approach V 9 under Windows 2000. We have a HP LaserJet 4600 NDT networked printer where all of the output from Approach is printed.
We have recently been upgraded to run Terminal Services from our Windows 2000 server and all 15 users connect to this and use a shared drive for the database.
The trouble is that printing to the LaserJet is sporadic at best under Terminal Services. We print a 10 page report and it works fine, we print it again 20 minutes later and the print job sits spooled in the queue but nothing prints. We are able to print perfectly everytime when we do not use Terminal Server. We have upgraded to version 9.7 but still the problem persists.
Does anybody know anything about this kind of trouble and how I can resolve it.
