PRINTING TO SPECIFIC BINS

I have a problem with the delphi 5 vcl for crystal 8, I cannot get the delphi project to print to the middle 2 bins on a hp5si with a big bin, I have followed the help for and instructed nt twice, but every time i try the middle or lower bins it ignores me but it works if i select manual. Can anyone help please, its driving me made.
