My requirement is as follows:<br>
I have a list of text files. I have to insert those text files in between dat fetched by the report query. I've to print the whole output to an RTF format file.<br>

My strategy:<br>

I Used formula columns whose property Read from File set to TRUE. I reference these formula columns in the layout of the report. When I run the report,data shows up correctly along with the text file contents. Then I generate the report to file in RTF format.<br>

Problem:<br>

The RTF file is getting generated perfectly. But, Iam unable to open the file using Word. It is imperitive to use word, since the formats of the data fetched by the query will be visible only in Page Layout mode. When I remove the formula column and generate it to RTF file, Iam able to open the file using word.<br>

If someone could find the solution for the problem, it will be greatly appreciated.<br>
