printing to Nortel FAX, cover page wierd stuff

I've got some problems with 4.0:

Here's one: when printing using Nortel FAX, you have the option to add a cover page or not.
when I de-select the box, Call Pilot still send a cover page
when I select the box, Call Pilot will send 2 cover pages

any ideas.

Look at your fax SDN. There is a system wide default cover page setting in there.
