HI,

I want to print to a slave printer using NT 4.0 workstation, but if I do any print command from dos or windows, it gives access denied to lpt1. I've installed a printer driver. The PC is ons the network and got profiles and policies set, but I have admin rights. Where do I check for right to print or where can I change it? Thanx

if you have installed a HP NetworkPrinter over NDPS for Netware, you must rename or delete the file hpdcmon.dll in the system directory and restart the machine. Then you can print local.
