Printing to different printers

About 3 out of 1000 clients are having email from outside our system print on a different printer than the internal email. The other printer will be one that is only used for special forms for other programs. The clients can print external emails if they close the email and then select file -> print from the menu bar. We have been unable to see any reason for this. Has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it?
We are running GW 5.5ep on Novell 5.1 servers, fully patched. Clients using W2K.
Thanks

We had this problem in v6 as well.
From what I learnt it was because GW prints html emails a different way. Somewhere in windows, seperate settings are kept for printing a html document, and GW then uses that rather than the default printer.
When you open the email it is considered as html (in options you probably have default read view as html), yet when selecting print without opening it, it will print as plain text, so it is using different printers.
A couple of work arounds we found (we reported the problem to Novell, and didnt really get much back):
When the email is opened, change the view to plain text then print.
Or, change the default view to be plain text so all emails open that way.

Not a real lot of help I know, but maybe from there you or someone else has a better fix.
