Howdie..

My internal IP = 10.10.1.whatever..
Clients IP = 192.168.10.whatever..

I can see the clients port under the available ports when adding a new printer, but I can't print to it.. the Client is in a completely different managed network than mine but she is connecting to our Citrix servers via a WYSE term..a new one.. of course I can't ping her address or anything but like I said I can see her port, and I setup a printer with that port and correct driver, it still don't work.. 8(

any ideas?

In all likelihood unless you setup a rule on both your & your client's firewall & routers so that you can get to the client IP address directly from the server then although the client should be able to print, you won't be able to create a print queue on the server to print to their printer.

Cheers
