Printing to 4000 through Server 2003

I have an HP LaserJet 4000tn using the PCL 6 driver hooked up to a Windows NT 4 machine via parallel. I add the printer as a local to Windows Server 2003 in two instances so we can print to a plain paper tray and an invoice tray. In the properties on the NT machine I do not get the Advanced tab to set this up. I can set it up to do this on the 2003 server and it works fine. If I share it out from the server to any other computer it gives me Error - Printing.

Any suggestions on getting this to work?
