I am trying to print a multi-year gantt chart view schedule. I would like the timescale to be shown in years from start of project (year 1, year 2, etc). My project starts in October 2011 and I want the schedule to show that in October 2012 you have reached the end of year 1. Currently year 1, year 2, etc starts Jan 1, 2011, so that the timescale is off by 10 months. Any help??

With out programing changes, sticking with the limits of the program as it comes out of the box, I don't think you can do this because the program operates in real time.

Try entering a milestone activity (an activity with 0 duration)
"END OF YEAR ONE" on the date of the 1st aniversery of the project. That will show the users of the schedule that year one ends October of 2012.
You could even add a 20PT text box with END OF YEAR ONE and point it to the milestone tic on the Gantt Chart to draw further attention to the aniversery date.
