I have a user on Windows 98 who is printing scanned technical drawings in a TIF format from Microsoft Imaging, but whenever he prints them it coumes out with a totally black page, both in A4 and A3 format. I have tried various solutions with the printer driver but was wondering if anyone knew a way to re-install Imaging without having to re-install Windows?
