Printing thru NDS vs Netware Servers

What is the difference between printing through a Netware Server Queue and a Novell Directory Services Queue? Or where can I find this info?

-Netware Server
-Server
Print Queue
-Novell Directory Services
-OU=first.OU=second.O=third
Print Queue

Where the two print queues have the same name and go to the same printer.

I believe they are the same queue. I would guess that you are seeing one from network neighborhood and one from "My Computer". One is displayed as typeful (includes reference to object type)and the other as typeless.
