Is there any way I can print the 'Unlinked Files" report. Through my sloppiness, I have ended up with many obsolete files. I just want to print a list of those that are no longer being used so that I can get rid of them.

Thanks,

Jim

That report is built pretty quickly so why print it?

The only report you can print in fp98 and 2k is the broken links report using the todo feature.. and there is a macro which will print all files.. otherwise only fp02 can print any and all reports...

If you use the hyperlink view and check which files don't have blue line (This includes graphics).. this should tell you file by file which are linked and which are not.. I've done this with htm files.. only with graphic files (to great success)... I would make a copy of your site and test this first.. using the report feature to do this .. is not always as accurate.. files which it says are not being linked... might not be one's you want to get rid of ... always test with a job like this...
