Printing Subreport always starting on second half of page

Hi There.

I have a subreport(which is a duplicate of the first report)
actually Invoices - that must begin on the second half of the page regardless of how many detail lines there are.

IE. If the Report has only 1 detail line, then the subreport must begin on the second half of the page, not way up after the deltail line.

How would I do this.
