Printing Sticky Notes in Adobe 8

I have a pdf drawing that has electronic comments put in using Adobe 8. I am using Adobe 8 Reader, and I can get the comments to print, but there are some that have sticky notes on them and I can't get them to print. I have it set to print document and comments, but the sticky note still won't show up on the print out.

Any ideas are much appreciated.
