Printing statement for debit note

We have a customer with a posted debit note that is
unapplied. All A/R trial balances print the debit note.
Printing a statement for this customer, with all or none
or any combo of the "Print For" yields the error "no
transactions to print." There is though. ??

I just tried a customer with debit memo and it was showing. I had the Print For in a combo then tried everything.

Do you have dates in the Date to Print and Cut-off Date, try to fill in a date after the debit memo.

It doesn't matter what options I choose or what dates I enter (I even put print for end of year, summarize to 0, cutoff end of year). It keeps saying no records to print.

Go to cards-sales-customer, and choose options. Make sure there is a statement period defined for the customer. IE: Montly, weekly etc....
