That is ludicrous. ZHave you tried this on a different printer? Is it the printer or the software? How many invoicves do you print on each run? Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

Ok, now I get it. Have you ever considered an electronic forms package?
ReForm is an electronic forms package I have interfaced with Macola 7.6 and Macola ES and it can read the invoice preferecne (actually a user defined field on the Customer Master record) and during the invoice run, it can either print a hard copy of the invoice on plain paper, fax the invoice, or email the invoice as a .pdf attachment.
Also, unlike Macola's forms, you can bring in your own bitmap logo and graphics, and print on plain paper instead of preprinted forms. With this kind of volume, the avings on your preprinted forms could easily pay for the software and a high speed laser printer. You can use ReForm for all your other forms too - POs, Sales Order Acknowledgements, Statements, even checks.
Let me know if you are interested. Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
