printing speaker notes to pdf

I have created Microsoft powerpoint using 2010.
I have speaker notes. I want to print the speaker notes to pdf.
So thus I go to view tab --> then choose Notes pages
then file --> print --> [choose pdf]

however it does not print the speaker notes.

Why?????

How can I print speaker notes to pdf?

Hit Ctrl+P to bring up the Print/Print settings dialog.
In the settings area, below "Slides: ", where it says "entire page slides" or something like that, hit the little arrow on the right, pick "Notes pages" from the dropdown.
