I am trying to print a little booklet and the pages are actually 51/2 inches by 11 inches. I have laid them out in signature (or printer) view but I cannot get the pages to print side by side. The printer does not duplex, so I expected to have to turn the paper over. I have tried to enter a range of page numbers, for example, pages 3 and 20 should be side by side, but everytime I do that, the page numbers get out of order. I have checked the spreads option and the print blank pages option in the set-up tab. I think I am close to having this right, but in the preview tab, it only shows one page placed flush left. Any advice?
