Printing Resource Template Problem

Hi,
in my application i need to customize the CPrintDialog..for that im using the MFC print template(1538) and im putting my own controls alog with that. i have written the necessary code for that..but still im unable to c the print dialog :-(... can anyone help me out what could be the problem....
