Printing Reports

Just started using Goldmine and I have a question. How can I print an activity report and have more than one contact on a page? I have been asked to print my first report on a user that has been on Goldmine for 2 months. When I run a report, it shows each contact on a seperate page, which is naturally unacceptable. If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.

There are many activity reports in GoldMIne and many differant ways to create them. What information do you want on the report? History, Scheduled Activities of salesperson. Do you want a report of a base? What information would you like in the report? Mabey I can help

it sounds like you are trying to print an activity report for a user, not a contact. if that is the case, I don't think GM can natively do that. You'll either need to create a report in GM or Crystal. I personally prefer crystal- I wrote a similar report fairly quickly with it.

I am looking for a report that would contain all the details regarding the calls that the salesman had made.
I am very close to my desired result, except for the fact that each company the salesman called is listed on an individual page. If he had one entry in Goldmine, there is a single line describing the discussion, along with a few lines listing the contact info. This salesman has contacted a couple of hundred contacts over the last two months, so if I send the report to the printer, it would print on over 200 sheets of paper. I need a way to print multiple contacts on a page. If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.
