Printing Reports with Multiple Panels

Using Reports 6i, I have a report that uses multiple panels which prints one panel per page. The problem is when there is no data for a panel, it prints a blank page. Does anyone know how to suppress the printing of a panel when there is no data for that panel?

Try to set the outermost frame Vertical Elasticity to Variable.
