I have a simple macro that prints a report, however it prints to the default printer and I would like it to print to a specific printer. I have gone into the page setup of the report and changed the printer to the specific printer that I want, saved the report etc. and it prints to the printer I specified. However, when I print it again the next day, it reverts back to printing at the default printer.
Any ideas?

1. Open the report in design view
2. Click "File" Menu
3. click "Page Setup"
4. click the "Page" TAB
5. click Specific printer (at the bottom)
Note: The Printer has to be one this computer is already connected to (if you clcik Start, Settings, Printers)
6. Choose the printer
7. click "File" menu
8. click "Save"

thats it
Print it out

i have done exactly what you said, but for some reason the next day everything reverts back to the default printer.

Is more than one person opening the database?
If someone else has the database open when you are making a change then their copy may over-wright your newly saved copy.
Get everyone out.
and try it again.
Then make a backup copy of the new changes
In explorer fing the .MDB Press Ctrl-C then Ctrl-V
It will make a "Copy of Your MDB"
