Printing Reports - BOEXI

I am calling a report hosted on BOEXI via a URL. If I immediately click Print, only the first page prints. If I scroll to the second page, it will then print that one. From my understanding, the report will only process the pages it requests, which is where I believe the problem lies. If I am correct, how could I enable this report to print all pages regardless of which pages I've viewed?

An old trick used to be put a Page N of M on the report to force it to complete prior to display, not sure if it works in your instance.
